Novel Thin Film Deposition Systems At Swiss Cluster, we develop innovative thin-film coating systems for the R&D and industrial production of the next generation of materials. The company was founded as a spin-off by a team of researchers and engineers at Empa in Thun, and at BFH in Biel. Our expertise combines thin film deposition techniques like ALD, CVD, and PVD; vacuum and plasma technologies; and materials characterization.
