Ride-sharing for things Portato is an early-stage Swiss start-up 🚀 that envisions building a marketplace for community-based transportation services. 🚚 It's like BlaBlaCar - but for objects. With an initial focus on the shipment of bulky items (e.g. the vintage chair 🪑 bought on a secondhand platform), portato's vision is to become *the* app for organizing rides for objects. By doing so, we'll allow making better use of the many free transport capacities that individuals are driving around in their cars and thus make a positive contribution to the environment 🌱. We're currently in testing phase but are planning the incorporation and app launch soon!
